Hi, I’m Joy — a personal trainer and mum based in Henderson, West Auckland.

I know how easy it is to put yourself last when life feels full. Between family, work, and everything else, looking after your health can quickly drop to the bottom of the list.

That’s exactly why I’m passionate about helping women and mums make fitness feel realistic, supportive, and achievable.

My approach is all about building strength, confidence, and healthy habits in a way that works for real life. No extreme routines, no pressure to be perfect, and no intimidating environment — just practical, encouraging support that helps you get started and keep going.

As a mum myself and someone who genuinely loves the gym, I understand both sides of the journey: wanting to feel stronger and healthier, but also needing a plan that fits around everyday life.

I work with mums, women, and beginners who want to lose weight, improve fitness, feel more confident, and create a routine they can actually stick to. Whether you are brand new to exercise, returning after a break, or ready to focus on yourself again, I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and proud of every step forward.

Sessions are offered in person around Henderson and West Auckland, either in a gym or at a local park, depending on what suits you best.

My goal is simple: to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more like yourself again.
